Speaking of older style dresses (see Pageants Gallery), I always loved the old fashioned dresses on the Little House & Road to Avonolea television shows. Especially Nellie & Nancy Olsen's outfits. When those shows were new, I dreamed of wearing one of Nellie's or Nancy's dresses! Sure, the hems are a bit low, but they were still wonderfully pretty... Makes one want to be a country girl! You also gotta love the old fashioned pigtails & curls.
